You made it fun!
This was our first trip to Mayo. We were anxious. From the moment we walked in everyone made us feel comfortable. Kind, friendly and totally professional. Front desk suggested Martinis and Grand Grille. Rob at Martinis makes everyone like regulars. We so enjoyed talking to the people next to us and before we left we met a couple from Gulf Shores where we winter. Our whole stay made our Mayo experience enjoyable. We will be back several times over the next months. Thank you for being there for us! Diana n Don And now we've been back 3 times and never been anything but happy Ethan and all the front desk are are always welcoming

5 Stars us not high enough
Are you looking to be treated like family? Are you looking to be treated like the most important customer? The Kahler Grand Hotel will do that and then some! The staff takes the time to treat you like family, and no request is too large or too small. In a single week, they have restored my faith in the hospitality industry. Have a special request? Expect to have it addressed right away. Wish you had someone to talk to about your day? Want someone to listen? Kahler Grand Hotel exceeds expectations and takes the stress out of your Mayo Clinic visit. Myranda and Travis make you feel extra special. Money can't buy that kind of service!

Wonderful place to stay!
This was our second visit to stay at the Kahler Grand while visiting MayoClinic. Staff is very nice and helpful, grand grill has excellent food, martinis is a very nice place with very pleasant staff. Rooms were nice, warm and everything worked! Very nice pool and spa also! Highly recommend this hotel especially if going to Mayo Clinic! Thanks for the great hospitality!! Would visit again but hope doesn't have to!!

The Grand Grill at The Kahler Grand Hotel
Great menu, great food, excellent service! Especially appreciated take-out service handled by Andreas — he would inform us of exactly how minutes before order would be ready for pick up — he said he knew many people had appointments they had to be on time for and wanted to make sure he enabled them to eat AND be on time. Thank you, Andreas and the excellent chefs at The Grill.
