Alioscha Goldschmidt, owner of the Corzano e Paterno will be visiting the Co-op to discuss his legendary farm which operates on three specific lines: wine and olive oil, artisanal production of sheep cheeses, and "agriturismo"" or agricultural tourism. The olive oil and cheeses are nearly impossible to get your hands on in the U.S., but fortunately PFC, with the libation project, got its hands on some wine (and a sample of the olive oil, too). Join us to learn about this amazing farm and taste its wines, along with small bites provided by the Co-op.
